Using the service
These terms apply to livefretboard.com and its free browser-based music tools. Use the site lawfully, respect others’ rights, and do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Tuning and learning guidance
Pitch readings and fret positions are estimates, not guarantees of accuracy or learning outcomes. Results depend on your microphone, instrument, surroundings, and browser. Tune gradually within your instrument’s intended range; excessive string tension can damage the instrument or break a string.
Saved settings and availability
Tunings and preferences are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear data or change devices. Keep a separate copy of important tunings. Features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Our privacy policy explains microphone use and storage.
Responsibility and updates
